| Detailed Trade Lead Description |
1. Pre-crystallization & dehumidify system: This is an important presupposition to make the PET granule completely dry, otherwise it will be lower strength, uniformity and the color will changed into light brown when it made into APET sheet.
Firstly, the material will be pre-crystallized at 100-120℃ to avoid some small pieces glue together to stop up in loader.
Second, the material will be send into the big dehumidifier to exhaust water inside it for 4 hours by low dew point air in higher temperature, then auto sent into the loader on the extruder.
The whole system is an high safety and automatic dehumidify system with good radiator, non dust to drop together to burn. Stainless steel used in the inner parts and easy to operate. strength, uniformity and become light brown in the APET sheet.
2. Extruder: adopting special mixing screw with L/D ratio 33:1, and excellent nitrated steel in good wear resistance and long service life. The material can be plasticized to be the best situation, and be extruded fluently. Max. production capacity 500kg/h.
The heating parts are aluminum cast heating circuit with heat insulator and stainless cartridge. The cooling fan and RKC temperature controller make the tolerance within 1℃ to make high precise control and steady extrusion.
We have two kinds of driving style for your choice:
1) D.C speed adjustable motor, with EUROTHERM speed regulator to ensure steady moment of force, fluent speed adjustment steady extrusion;
2) A.C induction motor, with good hard-tooth gear reducer and imported inverter, also can ensure convenient maintains and energy saving, as well steady extrusion.
3. Die system, to make high quality sheet, screen changer and metering gear pump is necessary before the die.
Hydraulic screen changer can move the impurity off without stopping the machine.
Metering gear pump: with the assistance of pressure sensor from DANISCO USA, we are sure the melt material can be in steady flowage and pressure, so the equal extrusion whenever make sense.
Die: a special cloth hanger style with internal flowage blocker, wide upto narrow make equal speed and steady pressure, that important to make the sheet in equal thickness. It is very easy to adjust the die-tip for different thickness.
4. Three-roller callender: this device is to make the melt liquid PET to be pressed and cooled to the sheet in same size, that the most important device in the whole line, the VICTOR created three National Patents in China, we guarantee the high quality of the sheet.
Material of the roller: 45C steel, after heat treatment, become hardness HRC60.
We have two kinds of roller arrangement for your choice, the vertical is better to the thicker sheet more than 1 mm, and the 45 diagonal is good in thin sheet no more than 1.0mm.
The patented control style of the three roller:
a. Chain transmission: controlled by induction motor that makes the three roller’s movie in timing.
b. Individual transmission: controlled by three induction motors or servomotors.
All the moving up and down of the roller is controlled by hydraulic system,

Two-position winding machine auto metered and winded by a strong motor. If you want to make thermoforming in line, you also can choose a wide mouth crusher and bigger wining machine to achieve higher capacity.
