Application:
This production line is used t produce PP-R cold-hot water pipe, PE-RT heat-resistant pipe, PEX floor heating hot-water pipe, etc.. PP-R pipe is featured of excellent innocuity, sanitation, heat-resistance and heat-preservation as well as convenient handling in melting pipes and being recyclable. PEX floor heating hot-water pipe has very good performance against high and low temperature. Compared with PEX, PE-RT does not adopt cross-link technology anymore but is recyclable and easy for further processing and performs better in heat resistance.
Performance and advantages:
This production line adopts the latest technology from Germany and according to the separate processing performance characteristics of PP-R、PP-B、PE-RT、PEX, it designs and manufactures high-speed extruding machines and equips it with the high-torsion reduction gearbox, the new notching barrel and LTM high-efficiency screws. It is mostly featured of huge output and low melting temperature, which really achieves plasticization at low temperature. It can be used to produce PP-R and PP-B pipes, which have been proved to reach the international ISO-DIS 15874-22-98PE-RT standards by tests conducted by China Chemical Test Center. The PEX pipes produced thereof has been proven to reach Germany DIN16892/3 standards. This production line mainly consists control system, extruding machines, mould noses, sizing system, driving and incision device, print machine, material mixing device or rolling machine. The nose mould is screw diffluence type or basket type and can be equipped with the static pugging system to ensure complete piling of material layers. Compared with traditional bracket type nose, the interior pressure is more equal. The line adopts special vacuum sizing and spray-cooling systems: the vacuum gearbox is two-section type which offers satisfying control on water temperature, water level and flux to ensure high-quality pipes. By adjusting the production line a little and equipping it with different moulds, screws and other accessories, it can be used to produce PE、ABS、PE-RT、PEX pipes and plastic composite pipes in two kinds of materials. The overall line is featured of easy handling, steady operation, precise control and huge output. Top grade lines adopts the control system consisting of PLC and large-size display, which offers higher automatization level and perfect alarming systems. |
