1 Various Forms Of Scrapping and Printing
According to the printed fabrics and process,three forms of printing such as single magnetic bar,single scrapping knife or magnetic bar-scrapping knife combination can be selected.
2 Independent Transmission System
the driving of printing guide belt separates from that of circular screens.The forms is driven by independent changing frequency and alternative current motor and a speed ration feedback encoder determines its speed.Each printing unit has their own servomotors.According to the guide belt speed,the encoder transmits singal to each printing unit,so each circular screen can keep sunchronous with the guide belt,which improves the printing accuracy largely.
3 Perfect Register
Because the circular screen is driven individually and each printing unit is controlled independently,the adjustment of longitudinal pattern repeat is very convenient,rapid and accurate,which eliminates bad register caused by mechanical abrasion in the past
4 Pressure Adjustment of Magnetic Brake
When printing with magnetic bar,in order to keep the scrapping pressure even,the pressure or each magnetic table can be adjusted finite variably according to squeezing volume.
5 Perfect Cloth Feeding Device
When printing,brushing roller and dust collection device can keep the cloth clean to prevent forming defect in printing.For knitted fabrics,some devices for expanding,anti-curl,edge checking and tension regulating can be selected.
6 Drying Chamber
For common fabrics general drying chamber are applied,and three-layer fabrics are introduced,whose running speed synchronizes with host printing machine.For knitted farices or those sensitive to tension tension-relive feed frying chamber are applied,and three-layer guide belts support the fabrics and keep them relax.So users can choose according to fabrics.
7 Mechanical-Electrical Integration and Hign Automation
The driving mechanism of the machine uses servo and pulse high technology,and applies intermational advanced mating parts.The whole machine is running controlled by computer,mechanical-electrical integration and high automation.Theoperation is simple and convenien guided with man-machine interface.
