Usage: Softening agent EST is mainly suitable for softening of acrylic fiber. Fabric softened has perdurable flexibility and anti-static effect. It also has good softening effect to other synthetic fiber and cotton, wool, silk fabrics.
Use-method: It can be directly diluted with water to the needed density for softening fibers. In finishing procedure, it will have best effect when the operating fluid is adjusted to PH=5-6. Dosage of the softening agent EST usually is 1%-3%. The dosage can be increased or decreased according to different fabrics.
Package and storage: Packed in 50kg plastic barrels. The storage period is six months.
HD-801 dyeing acid HD-801 is an acid for dyeing purpose which is composed of vitriol and other materials. It is mainly used for dyeing Nitrilon yarn. This acid overcomes the glacial acetic acid's shortage of strong odor irritate and inability to use in winter because of being frozen. Also, this acid is cheaper than the glacial acetic acid.
Features: Outward appearance: flavescent hyaline liquid; Content: 35±1%
Usage: If needed, use it in the same dosage with the glacial acetic acid.

HD-502 cylinder pigment printing binder HD-502 is an acrylate self-crosslinking polybasic copolymer emulsion mainly used for pigment printing and dyeing of pure cotton and chemical fiber textiles. Its features are: unclog mesh, easy to wash, soft feeling, vivid color and lustre, high color yield, good mechanical stability, strong water scrubbing firmness. This product can be used in all printing technologies, especially in cylinder printing.
Product's norm: outward appearance: fluorescent hyaline dope. Solid content: 35±1%. PH value: 6-7. Viscosity: 0.5-0.8PAS. Ionicity: complex ion.
Usage: HD-502 20-50 weight; pigment printing paste: 5-10 weight; urea: 3-5 weight; Acrapon A paste: 71-47 weight. Advice: EH or FH 1-3 weight for pulping------cylinder printing------pre-baking (80-100℃)------ baking (160℃x1minute)------ sizing and dressing

HD-401 electrostatic flocking adhesive HD-401 is an acrylate self-crosslinking polybasic copolymer emulsion. Use nitrogen viscosity increaser to achieve needed stable viscosity. It is suitable for clothes and many other electrostatic flocking. It has the features of soft feeling and antifriction firmness. If it is used together with crosslinking agent and catalyst, and is cured in high temperature, its firmness will be better.
Product's norm: outward appearance: ivory-white with tiny blue. Solid content: 45±2%, 40±2%, 35±2%. PH value: 4-6. Self-reinforcing viscosity: >3 PAS. Ionicity: non-ionic.
Usage: HD-401 100 weight; crosslinking agent: 2-5 weight; catalyst: 0.5-1 weight; 25% butrigen water: 1-2 weight; prebaking: 100-120℃x3-5minutes; baking: 140-150℃x2-5 minutes;
