Under the guidance of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and hosted by the Qingdao Municipal Government, the 2025 China (Qingdao) International Fashion Week will take place from September 19 to 25. This edition of the fashion week, themed "Breakthrough—Emerging from the Cocoon," features four main segments: brand presentations, creative exhibitions, trend activities, and industry forums, with over 60 exciting shows and forum events to be presented.

This fashion week features a main venue at Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, along with three sub-venues: Oriental Fashion Center, Qingdao Textile Valley, and Qingdao Haitian Center. The main venue leverages the unique geographical advantages and tourism resources of the Olympic Sailing Center to upgrade and create Asia's first "seashow stage." With the sea and sky serving as grand backdrops, it constructs a 360-degree immersive space integrating land, sea, and air, delivering an unparalleled visual feast for audiences.

During the fashion week, a large number of domestic and international renowned brands such as MATKASI, Nununu, MIN PURA, ARTéPURA, Yutai Xiang, Borsalino, Dekin, and ZiWu, along with Chinese designer Liu Wei (recipient of the Golden Top Award) and China's Top Ten Designers Zhou Jin, will showcase their latest fashion masterpieces through special collections, joint shows, and custom creative presentations.

This fashion week also focuses on niche markets, with events such as the Second China Professional Wear Innovation Conference & 2026 Tech-Functional Professional Wear Trend Show, "Children's Fashion Show Day," and "Middle-aged and Senior Fashion Show Day" taking place at venues like the Oriental Fashion Center and Textile Valley.

The vibrant creative exhibitions and trendy events offer audiences an immersive experience of the fashion week. For instance, Textile Valley will host the 9th Valley Fashion Buyer Festival, featuring a diverse fashion bazaar that combines cheongsam, silk, antiques, ceramics, and contemporary art; while Haotian Center will organize the Fashion Asia Trend Art Festival, setting up themed fashion week SHOWROOMS (exhibition halls) and signing dozens of domestic and international brands for a month-long sales exhibition in Haotian MALL.

During the fashion week, events such as the "Model · Flight Attendant" Special Training Camp and the Longteng Elite Super Model Contest (Shandong Division), the Shandong Top Ten Fashion Designers Selection, the Final Round of the 12th China Children's Fashion Model Contest (CCFMC), the Fifth Qingdao Top Ten Emerging Designers Competition, and the Second Qingdao Annual (2025) Outstanding Designer Brand Awards will also take place.
