Zhang Xiaoqiang , deputy director of State Development and Reform Commission and relative leaders from Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Information Industry, General Administration of Customs, State Administration of Taxation, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Development Bank and the Shenzhen municipal government attended the meeting and award the tablet to enterprise certificated by State as Technology Center.

Support by the state departments concerned, relevant provinces and cities as well as the society, the State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, State Administration of Taxation wages the certificate of technology centers of enterprise among the pacesetter corporation, so far, 499 technology centers of enterprise certificate by state been established.

The R&D expenses of technology centers of enterprise have accounted for more than two thirds among the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the country.
 
The set up of Technology Center of Enterprise laid an important foundation for country and regional innovation system construction. This is the fourteenth installment of 75 Enterprise Technology Center awarded "Technology Center of enterprise” certificated by states, 6 Zhejiang enterprises were on the list.

President Qiu said the identified as national level enterprise technical centers have important significance for Feiyue to strengthen the innovation system ,to have national and international technological exchanges and cooperation, to enhance the ability of independent innovation and promote the competitive force on international market.
