China Texmatech Co., Ltd. Export of Textile Machinery and Technology

 

CTMTC is the only export channel of the textile machinery which is the main product of China Hengtian Group — the largest Textile Industry Group in China. More than 60 complete cotton spinning equipment projects have been exported totaling 3 million spindles to more than 50 countries and regions, including Pakistan, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Syria, as well as other Asian, African, Latin American and European countries.

This product is fourth generation. The system adopts high resolution CCD and advanced high speed image processing system so that it can eliminate the threadlike foreign materials effectively; more compact structure is easy for installation as well as suitable for application in blowing carding process or single process; it is equipped with independent daylight and ultraviolet-light sources for ensuring to eliminate colored and white foreign materials at the same time.

 

 

JWF1012 Reciprocating bale opener is suitable to pluck various grades of cotton and C-type man-made fiber. The detacher width is 2300mm, output up to 1500kg/h.The plucker beaters is driven by single motor and synchro-belt, adjusted by frequency inverter, maximum speed is 1350 r/min. The driven device of plucker beater is set on out side of detacher. Total install power is 5.75kW.

This machine has function of individual plucking bales that can supply 1-2 lines in same time. The revolving direction of two plucker beaters is same as well as keeping same with the machine running direction. It can realize unidirectional plucking fiber with low damage and more evenness.

The machine is controlled by PLC, visual operation on display makes parameter setting with more convenience. Working parameters and malfunction can be dynamically displayed on screen. Four-route input function can realize the connection with electrical system of the consequent machines.

 

 

This machine is used for carding cotton, chemical and medium length fiber. It proceeds with opening and scutching machines and followed by drawing frame. Materials from the foregoing process are fed into this machine through chute feeder, the curly cotton lumps are turned into straight single fiber after the process of opening, blending, carding and trash separating. At the same time, broken seeds, impurities and short fibers in the cotton that remained after the blowing process are removed. Single fiber is drafted and collected into sliver, then stored in the sliver can providing for the drawing process.

 

 

 

This Roving Frame with Auto-doffing System is composed of JWF1418A Auto-doffing Roving Frame, JWF9561 Roving-Ring Link and JWF0121 Roving Waste Cleaner. It has fully realized all functions of Auto-doffing Roving Frame and Roving-Ring Link.

 

Firstly, JWF1418A Auto-doffing Roving Frame is cancelled the conventional mechanisms such as cone drum and its belt automatic resetting motion etc., but replaced by four individual motors. Synchronous control among the four and uniform roving tension is realized by computer via several patented math patterns. Top mounted flyers but bottom mounted spindles are equipped to upgrade roving speed to 1500 rpm. Built-in doffer is adopted to realize fully automatic doffing, bobbin shifting, new end forming and start-up. Full packages are then automatically transferred to Roving-Ring Link via bare bobbin & full package exchange device to finally realize linkage with spinning frames.

 

Secondly, JWF9561 Roving-Ring Link is designed to transfer full roving packages to spinning frame or bare bobbins back to roving frame. It can be operated both automatically or manually. According to worksite requirement, two-direction or three-direction rails are at option.

 

Thirdly, JWF0121 Roving Waste Cleaner is designed to automatically clean roving waste from bobbins which are taken off from spinning frames. It can clean single or multiple spindles at a time.

It is suitable for twisting all BCF yarns (PA, PP, PES, PTT etc.), continuous synthetic filament yarns (PA, PP, PES, PTT etc.) and staple fibers etc.

 

Main function

1.       Motor spindle drive is used for the machine. The digital frequency converter adjusts spindle speed; the spindle speed is up to 9000rpm.

 

2.      The take-up motor, the over-feed motor and the traverse motor is driven separately by each frequency converter and controlled by PLC, All the technical data (including spindle speed, twist, twist direction, over-feed ratio, set length, take-up cross angle and length) can be input and display by the touching screen.

 

3.      Each spindle position is an independent twisting unit, it can start-up or stop by itself. The two sides of the machine are independent entirely, and can twisting the difference yarn separately. It is facility for the small batch production.
