Overwhelming Response from Exhibitors making a 30% Area Increment in The 7th Yiwu International Exhibition on Hosiery & Garment Industries |

Riding on its brilliant track record, The 7th Yiwu International Exhibition on Hosiery & Garment Industries (Yiwu H&G), which is organized by The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade - Zhejiang Sub-Council, China Commodity City Group Co Ltd and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd, will be held again in China Commodity City Meihu Exhibition Center, Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, from 15-17 November 2006.
Since its inauguration, Yiwu H &G , especially for it's 6th edition in the Year 2005, has won strong recognition from the Yiwu Government. Among those specialized events in China with knitting technology as its main theme, the Show, for the time being, is regarded as the most internationalized one with 60% of its exhibitors are from overseas. At the same time, it has also offered continuous support for Yiwu to become China's hosiery and seamless underwear production base via the provision of the most advanced machinery and information pertinent to the topic.
With the speedy expansion of the Chinese knitting industry in recent years, heavy upsurge on demand for knitting products has also brought the industry into a new era. Application on new skills and innovative technology has become knitting enterprises' first priority. In response to this, Yiwu H&G will add a new hall to accommodate more exhibitors with the introduction of a new dyeing and finishing machinery zone as well. The Organizer estimated that the total exhibition area will reach 8,000 sqm, equivalent to a 30% increase in compared with the last edition.
Yiwu H&G 2006 will showcase a series of multi-dimensional exhibits including new textile materials together with advanced and innovative technology related to the knitting industry and also on environmental protection and energy-saving. Keeping up with its highly effective and honest practice, the Organizer is dedicated at providing the industry with an ideal platform for demonstration, communication, promotion and trade.
To facilitate buyers with a systematic and convenient business matching, five thematic zones would be arranged: Knitting, Seamless Underwear and Hosiery Machinery Zone, Braiding & Zipper-making Machinery Zone, Gloves-knitting Machinery Zone, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery Zone, plus Fiber, Yarn and Spare Parts Zone.
Famous participants include Alome- Shin Heung and Boo Seong from Korea, Beijing Yalong , Sangiacomo, Best Yield - Lonati, Deimo, Comez from Italy, Sinotech - Groz Berkert from Germany,Da Kong, Pentium, Kyangyhe, Giu Chun from Taiwan Province, Nagata, WacData from Japan, Uniplet - Honda from Czech Republic, Shaoxing Yuefa, Haisen, Huicheng, Kin Wah, Kingsun, Gold Fai and Small Stone M&E etc.
The 2nd Forum on Hosiery Developmentwill be held concurrently with the show. Leaders and specialists from China Knitting Industry Association, Yiwu Hosiery Association, senior engineer from Zhejiang Langsha Knitting Co Ltd and representatives from premium new style hosiery material suppliers etc will be the honorable guest speakers of the activity
The 7th Yiwu International Exhibition on Hosiery and Garment Industry has also received substantial support from China Chamber of International Commerce Yiwu Chamber of Commerce, Yiwu City Hosiery Industry Association, Yiwu City Garment Industry Association, Yiwu City Zipper Industry Association and Yiwu City Braiding Industry Association.
